Numerous species of birds and animals make their home on Parker Ranch. At least 13 different types of game birds are managed by the Ranch, including Kalij, blue and ringneck pheasant, Erkels francolin, black and grey francolin, Chukar partridge, Valley and Japanese quail, Rio Grande turkey, sand grouse, and lace neck doves.
Animals like the Polynesian boar, Hawaiian and Spanish Ibex goats are also managed for game hunting.
