Water and Infrastructure Improvements
Parker Ranch continues to actively review and invest in improving infrastructure systems to unlock value given the impact of higher energy prices on our operating costs and productivity. Specifically, the efficiency of the Ranch’s water distribution and irrigation systems are being analyzed in the context of new technologies, innovative designs, and capital improvements to reduce electricity costs. The Ranch also expects benefits from reviewing the efficiency of wastewater operations and improvements, and is exploring other investments in infrastructure, such as roads, which may also unlock value in other ways.
