Position Title: Controller
Department: Finance
Reports To: CFO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Full-Time Employment

Position Summary: The Controller is responsible for directing the accounting, tax and external reporting functions for all Parker Ranch entities and is a member of the management team. The Controller is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and integrity of all accounting business processes. This position works closely with the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure accurate internal reporting and budgeting processes. The Controller participates in strategic planning with both the Manager of FPA and Manager of Business Development. This position requires presentation skills, technical accounting skills and the ability to maintain an effective system of internal controls within a small accounting department. The Controller must have a working knowledge of GAAP and be capable of working with outside consultants to understand and implement new accounting standards.

Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Cost Center: Administration

Full-Time Employment

Position Summary: The Accounting Clerk maintains accounts receivable, general ledger entries and assists with the preparation of financial statements on a monthly basis, in accordance with the scheduled closing process. This position provides direct support to the Controller. Duties include maintenance and reconciliation of accounts receivable, compile and prepare monthly journal entries and backup the Senior Accountant and Controller functions for month-end and year-end procedures.

Position Title: Property and Contract Specialist
Cost Center: Administration
Reports To: Senior Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Effective Date: 01/01/2015

Position Summary: Assists with the administration and management of Parker Ranch facilities, leases, land projects, contracts and staff. Requires minimum supervision, exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to issues, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management team.
