Property Administrator

Duties include:
Responsible for the administration and support of all commercial facilities and livestock housing to include lease agreements, project management, knowledge management, inventory control, compliance tracking, and management reporting. Strong computer, administrative, budgeting and vendor/client servicing skills required.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; five or more years of related work experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Staff Accountant

Duties include:
Maintain and prepare general ledger entries, and assist with month-end and year-end preparation of financial statements. Duties include maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts, accuracy in expense coding and project classification and monthly journal entries.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Three to five years of accounting experience is required. A four-year accounting degree or equivalent education/experience is preferred.
