Accounts Payable Coordinator (Waimea)

Parker Ranch is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This position will be responsible for accounts payable functions, including obtaining approvals and entering invoices in correct cost center/entity through QuickBooks and other records, preparing check and ACH payments, and maintaining accounting filing systems. Communicate proactively with internal and external associates. A two-year accounting degree or 2+ year’s equivalent education/experience is required. Experience with MS Excel, QuickBooks, and/or similar accounting systems would be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to manage multiple deadlines effectively as well as demonstrate exemplary interpersonal communication skills.
