Position: Full-Time Grazing Unit Ranch Hand
Position Summary: To ensure that all resources in his/her area of responsibility are properly managed and developed to their greatest potential by following Ranch policies, guidelines and operational plans. Duties include, proficiently working cattle on horseback, shoe and care for horses, grazing management, castrating, branding, weaning, sorting and loading animals. Administer medications and vaccinations, as
appropriate. Assess body condition to evaluate pasture performance. Maintain accurate livestock inventory with timely grazing plans and cattle reports. Maintains clean and orderly livestock corrals and handling facilities. Performs standard repairs and maintenance of fences and water systems.

Position: Part-Time Security
Position Summary: Provide security services designed for the protection of people and property of the Ranch. Responsible for the safety and security of Ranch facilities, guests, and employees through the enforcement of policies and procedures established by the Ranch.

Position: Full-Time Ranch Maintenance
Position Summary: Support the Ranch by providing services to construct, maintain, and repair PR property, equipment, and facilities as well as transporting Ranch assets & property, and equipment, etc. Support wildlife and livestock departments in operations specific duties. Uphold safety & security standards as per ranch policy requires.
Education and Experience
Minimum: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, one (1) year relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job. Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record required. CDL, CPR & First Aid certified preferred but not required.
Preferred: AA degree or graduation from specialized training or formalized apprenticeship program; i.e. automotive, carpentry, building construction, electrical, plumbing, and welding.

Accountant (Entry to Senior level)
Duties may include and will vary depending on experience:
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month and year-end preparation of financial statement schedules and analysis.
- Prepare monthly billings to customers with follow-up on payments as necessary
- Accounting and maintenance of fixed assets
- Data entry
- Prepare/assist with payroll and payroll filings
- Serve as a back-up to other accountants which may include accounts payable
- Regulatory filings
Must have a good working knowledge of accrual-basis (GAAP) financial statements and accounting processes. A minimum of three years of accounting work experience required. A four-year accounting degree or equivalent education/experience is preferred. Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Must be a team player with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Must be dynamic and possess a positive and customer-service attitude.
